SUMMARY: This emergency rule amends Emergency Rule 53ER19-68 Holiday Luck Second Chance Promotion, F.A.C., and reschedules the third second chance drawing in the Promotion from January 8, 2020, to January 10, 2020.

THE FULL TEXT OF THE EMERGENCY RULE IS:

 

53ER20-1 Holiday Luck Second Chance Promotion Amendment.

(1) The third second chance drawing that was scheduled for January 8, 2020, as set forth in Emergency Rule 53ER19-68, Holiday Luck Second Chance Promotion, F.A.C., is rescheduled to take place on January 10, 2020.

(2) Except as provided in subsection (1) above, all other provisions set forth in Rule 53ER19-68 F.A.C., shall remain in effect.

THIS RULE TAKES EFFECT UPON BEING FILED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE UNLESS A LATER TIME AND DATE IS SPECIFIED IN THE RULE.
