NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 45 No. 201, October 15, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

References to the Regional Workforce Board will be changed to the Local Workforce Development Board in forms CF-ES 2097, CF-ES 2097S, and CF-ES 2097H, all of which are incorporated in proposed rule 65A-4.205(1).
