    The State Board of Administration of Florida (SBA) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
    DATE AND TIME: January 23, 2013, 9:00 a.m. (ET) to conclusion of the meeting.
    PLACE: Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida.
    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a meeting of the Trustees of the SBA to address and take action on the need for additional liquidity of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund and to request that the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Finance Corporation, pursuant to Section 215.555, F.S., engage in financial transactions to provide sufficient funds to achieve the purposes of Section 215.555, F.S. Pursuant to Section 627.0628(2)(d), F.S., the Trustees of the SBA will appoint a Chair to the Florida Commission on Hurricane Loss Projection Methodology. In addition, authorization will be requested by the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to file a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 19-8.029, F.A.C., Insurer Reporting Requirements, and Rule 19-8.030, F.A.C., Insurer Responsibilities, and to authorize filing these two rules for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a rule hearing. Other general business may also be addressed.
