PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this rule development notice is to, during calendar year 2016, amend or revise definitions related to Freshwater fish as a result of stock assessments or other management or enforcement requirements. Amendments may also be made to address, ambiguity, improve wording, other technical edits, and general cleanup in the rules relating to freshwater fish.
