FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
Florida Governmental Utility Authority, Fairways at Mt. Plymouth, Florida
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the Florida Governmental Utility Authority’s, Fairways at Mt. Plymouth project to replace the existing wastewater treatment plant is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $1,610,000. The project may qualify for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
