PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of the proposed school readiness rule development is to establish standardized procedures and a standard monitoring tool for coalitions to use when monitoring the compliance of school readiness program providers with the terms of the standard statewide provider contract.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Standardized procedures for monitoring school readiness providers and the incorporation of a standard monitoring tool to be used by the early learning coalitions
