NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 26, 2014, the Board of Pharmacy received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Mark Schneider on behalf of TeamCare Infusion, Inc., seeking a permanent waiver of the requirement of paragraph 64B16-27.797(4)(c), F.A.C., which requires that HEPA-filtered supply air shall be introduced at the ceiling, and returns should be mounted low on the wall, creating a general top-down dilution of area air with HEPA-filtered make-up air.
