Notice is hereby given that the publication of Boca Scooters, LLC, as a new point for Aprilia motorcycles less than 50ccs manufactured by Piaggio Group Americas, Inc. (Line-make APRI) as a motorcycle franchise dealership in Palm Beach by Piaggio Group Americas, Inc., published in Volume 42, Number 245, of the Florida Administrative Register on December 20, 2016, has been withdrawn by Piaggio Group Americas, Inc. No advertisement is required since these Aprilia motorcycles are less than 50cc.
