FOR OFFICE BUILDING RENOVATIONS
The State of Florida, Department of Management Services, Division of Real Estate Development and Management requests qualifications from Architectural firms for office renovations in the Tallahassee area. The Department of Management Services may enter into contracts with up to three (3) architectural firms for design documents and administration oversight of construction projects totaling up to $20,000,000.00 contingent on funding by the Legislature.
