NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from MDCI Florida Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of section 401.2 & 601.2, Florida Building Code, Mechanical (2010) as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner asks if a hotel corridor can be used to deliver ventilation to a guest room to comply with the code.
