NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 23, 2014, the Department of Children and Families received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., from Children’s Home Society, Inc. and Doug Cleeton. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., requires staff who perform casework services in licensed child-placing agencies to possess at least a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field from an accredited college or university.
