NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 230, November 30, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
THE FULL TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE IS:
5E-13.031 District or County Use of Funds.
(1) through (3) No change.
(4) Proceeds from the sale or rental of property purchased with local funds may Upon prior approval from the Department, proceeds from sale or rental of property purchased with local funds can be deposited and credited to the lLocal funds account after the Department has:
(a) Reviewed documentation submitted to the Department by the District or County that identifies the type of property, condition of the propoerty, and amount for which the property was sold or rented; and
(b) Verified that the proceeds of the sale or rental have been received and allocated to the local arthropod control program and documented on the “Arthropod Control Budget Amendment,” (FDACS-13613, Rev. 07/13), as adopted in section 5E-13.027(2).
(5) through (7) No change.
