NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Building Code Administrators and Inspectors has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Timothy J. Dayton and Regina L. Dayton on September 23, 2015. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:

The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Volume 41, No. 196, of the October 8, 2015, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought an interpretation of p 455.227(1)(i), Florida Statutes, in regard to disciplinary action to be taken. The Board’s Order, filed on December 21, 2015, denies the Petition finding that the petition presented lacks the requisite components for the issuance of a declaratory statement and has determined that the Petitioner lacks standing to request the statement sought.
