NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 12, 2016, the Department of Health received a petition for emergency variance or wavier from Chipola College for a Lead EMS Instructor who does not have the appropriate degree as required by rule. The request for variance is for Mr. Jamison Rodgers to be granted a variance through January 1, 2018 to secure his Associates Degree. Interested persons or other agencies may submit comments on this petition for variance within 14 days after publication of this notice.
