NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 43 No. 6, January 10, 2017 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The notice of proposed rule incorrectly identified the hearing date with the wrong year, it was published as January 31, 2015. The correct hearing date is January 31, 2017. The notice incorrectly said to reference Pinellas County in the subject line when providing comments to the agency regarding the proposed rule, instead persons providing comments should reference Collier County. Additionally, the notice of proposed rule inadvertently included maps depicting the zones being created by the rule text. Such maps are not part of the rule. Copies of them can be found on the agency’s website at
