NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida,
has received the petition for declaratory statement from Josie Strobel, Executive Director, Delray Grande Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2010062055 on December 17, 2010.
The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.112(2)(n), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
Whether the developer of Delray Grande Condominium Association, Inc. is entitled to a seat on the board where it is more than 90 days delinquent in the payment of assessments under Section 718.112(2)(n), Florida Statutes.
