NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida,
has received the petition for declaratory statement from Maria Tondi, President, In re: Summer House In Old Ponte Vedra Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2010063382 on December 29, 2010.
The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.111(11), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
Whether Summer House in Old Ponte Vedra Condominium Association, Inc. is responsible for insuring and the cost of repairing a leak in a water pipe in the concrete slab beneath a unit that provides service to a hot water tank under Section 718.111(11), Florida Statutes.
