Notice of Clarification on Public Meetings of the Governor’s Public Swimming Pool and Bathing Place Advisory Review Board
Two separate notices were recently published announcing meetings of the Governor’s Public Swimming Pool and Bathing Place Advisory Review Board. The first was correctly noticed in Vol. 39 No. 251, December 31, 2013 edition of the FAR. The second was noticed in error in Vol. 40 No. 02, January 03, 2014 edition of the FAR. Please refer to the notice published in Vol. 39 No. 251, December 31, 2013 edition of the FAR as the proper notice related to the meetings of the pool advisory review board.
These meetings are not related to the rulemaking for Chapter 64E-9, Florida Administrative Code, as noticed in Vol. 39 No. 39, February 26, 2013 edition of the FAR and are not intended to be rule workshops or hearings.
