Issuance of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Marketing Order
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has issued a Marketing Order, effective January 1, 2014, implementing an industry referendum conducted pursuant to §527.23, F.S., which approved increasing the assessment per gallon of odorized propane gas sold or imported for consumption in Florida from $.001 to $.002. The new assessment rate will be applied beginning with the January-March (2014) quarterly payment.
