NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40 No. 167, August 27, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes to the proposed rule are being made in response to comments from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.
Subsections (a) and (b) of section (1) has been deleted and will be addressed in Department of Education Rule 6A-1.09433.
Section (2) has been renumbered as section (1) and subsequent sections have been renumbered accordingly.
Subsection (c) of section (1) has been renumbered as section (1)(a) and a new subheading has been added, “Authorized Providers”.
Subsection (a) of section (2) has been renumbered as section (1)(b).
Subsection (a) of section (3) has been renumbered as section (2)(a).
Subsections (b) and (c) of section (3) has been deleted and will be addressed in Department of Education Rule 6A-1.09433.
Sections (4), (5), (6) and (7) have been renumbered as subsections (2)(b),(c),(d) and (e) respectively, with appropriate renumbering of the subsections and paragraphs below and the phrase “adopted by reference” in previous subsection (4)(a) has been changed to “incorporated by reference.”
Rulemaking authority has been changed to remove reference to s. 1002.67(3), FS.
All other rule language remains the same as was previously published.
