GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Board of Directors of the Gulf Consortium will meet to act on the ESA Contract for Development of State Expenditure Plan; will act on the Planning State Expenditure Plan; will elect 2015 officers; will act on the Warren Averett contract for independent auditor services (FY 13/14); and, will conduct other business.
