NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 30, 2015, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Chris Wright. The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement to clarify the scope, capability and requirements for the Class Code CV (Solar Contractor) license endorsement in Florida. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
