The Florida Real Estate Commission hereby gives notice that the petition filed by New Home Co-Broker Academy, on November 18, 2015, seeking a variance or waiver, has been withdrawn by written request filed on December 8, 2015. The Petitioner was seeking a revision to the exam requirements for distant learning courses offered for specialty continuing education credit.
