NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 173, September 5, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

A Notice of Change was published in error in Vol. 44, No. 248, of the December 24, 2018, issue of the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).  These changes supersede the changes published in the December 24, 2018, issue of the FAR and are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated September 11, 2018, and a meeting of the Board on December 12, 2018.  The changes are as follows:

 

61G4-15.0021 Business Organizations.

(1) No change.

(2) If the business organization has a financially responsible officer, the financially responsible officer shall complete the required application, shall comply with the requirement of Rule 61G4-15.006(1), F.A.C., and shall provide to the Department a bond or irrevocable letter of credit, in the amount of $100,000 payable to the Board for fines and costs in form acceptable to the Board’s Executive Director made payable to the Board, for fines and costs, in the amount of $100,000.

(3) through (4) No change.
