61H1-35.001: Application for Foreign Licensure Examination
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes to repeal the rule.
SUMMARY: The rule is being repealed.
SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS: No Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost was prepared. The Board determined the proposed rules will not have an impact on small business.
Any person who wishes to provide information regarding a statement of estimated regulatory costs, or provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.

61H1-35.001 Application for Foreign Licensure Examination.

The Department or the Board, if delegated by the Department, shall accept application pursuant to Section 455.11, F.S., from an individual who provides proper documentation that he has successfully completed, or is currently enrolled in, an approved course of study created pursuant to Section 455.11(2), F.S. Such original or re-application shall be delivered to the Department or the Board no later than July 1 for the November examination and January 1 for the May examination. If mailed, postmark will constitute date of delivery.
