The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) issued a Request for Qualifications No. 28140 for geotechnical and construction engineering services. The District’s evaluation committee meeting for this RFQ to rank the consultants has been changed to Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. The committee will meet at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177.
