    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 12, 2015, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for 105 S. MacDill. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 3.19.4.1, 3.19.4.4, 3.19.4.5, and 3.26.8, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), F.A.C., that requires upgrading the elevators shutoff valve, manual lowering valve, pressure gauge fittings and pressure switch (Endura design) which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
