NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 10, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Silver Dunes at 1030 Hwy 98E, Destin, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 2.4.1.5 as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code which requires that no part of the elevator car or equipment strike the pit, which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
