NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 45 No. 215, November 4, 2019 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The summary of the Statement of Estimated Regulatory Cost is corrected to read:
SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION: The agency has determined that this will not have an adverse impact on small business or likely increase directly or indirectly regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate within one year after the implementation of the rule. A SERC has been prepared by the agency. The SERC examined the factors required by Section 120.541(2), F.S., and concluded the rules will not likely directly or indirectly increase regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate in Florida within one year after implementation. Further, the SERC concludes that the rules will not likely have an adverse impact on economic growth, private-sector job creation or employment, private sector investment, business competitiveness, productivity, or innovation in excess of $1 million in the aggregate within five years of implementation. Thus, the rules do not require legislative ratification pursuant to Section 120.541(3), F.S. Any implementation or enforcement costs on the Department will be absorbed with existing resources.
