NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Cosmetology has received the petition for declaratory statement from Tracey Carter, filed on December 30, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 477.0135, F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board regarding the scope of practice of a licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist, by the State of Florida, exempt from the requirements for obtaining a license from the Board of Cosmetology as an Eyelash Technician, as it pertains to statute. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
