    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To present information and receive public comments on proposed revisions to Chapters 62-302, 62-303, and 62-4, F.A.C., under the Triennial Review of state surface water quality standards. This public workshop is a follow up to public workshops held on May 15 – 17, July 31, August 1 – 2, and November 15, 2012, as well as a public meeting of the Human Health-based Criteria Peer Review Committee on October 8 – 9, 2012. Proposed changes include the incorporation by reference (either wholly or in part) of a document titled “Implementation of Florida’s Numeric Nutrient Standards” in Rule 62-302.300, F.A.C., which EPA relied upon for its approval of the Department’s numeric nutrient standards, revisions to human health-based surface water quality criteria, revisions to the dissolved oxygen criteria (both fresh and marine waters), and other issues discussed at the previous public workshops.
