FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
City of Stuart
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Stuart’s project involving construction of 59,000 linear feet of small diameter water distribution pipe and water meter replacements and upgrades will not adversely affect the environment. The estimated cost for this project is $5,598,000. The project may qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
