    DATE AND TIME: Thursday, January 24, 2019, 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

PLACE: Lakeside Fellowship United Methodist Church, 121 N. Henderson Lane, Sanford, Florida, 32771

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Orange Boulevard Safety Improvements from S.R. 46 to Monroe Road Design Project, Seminole County Project Number: PS-1405-17/AEJ – MSA

The goal of the project is to promote safety, address drainage deficiencies, enhance pedestrian and bicycle continuity, and improve access throughout the project corridor. The project is being completed in two phases. Phase 1 includes evaluating and developing conceptual horizontal layouts for two project alternatives within the project limits, and developing Phase 1 plans to a 30% level of design completion. The primary intent is to identify the approximate right of way requirements and estimated costs for each alternative.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the proposed design concepts to the public and to provide an opportunity for residents and interested persons to ask questions and provide comments. Attendees will have an opportunity to watch a continuous loop presentation with information about the project, as well as review project displays and other documentation, throughout the evening. Members of the project team will be available to discuss the project and answer questions.

Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
