PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency is proposing to amend rule 59A-6.020, Florida Administrative Code to implement the provisions of Chapter 2018-24, Laws of Florida that passed during the 2018 Legislative Session relating to the inspection requirements for multiphasic health testing centers. Section 483.294, Florida Statutes was amended to remove the annual inspection requirement for multiphasic health testing centers.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Rule 59A-6.020, F.A.C., outlines the licensure procedure for multiphasic health testing centers. The proposed changes will update application forms incorporated by reference, align inspection requirements with s. 408.811, F.S., and clarify application requirements.
