Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 11, January 17, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The following sentence should have appeared in the SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION:
Based on this information at the time of the analysis and pursuant to section 120.541, Florida Statutes, the rules will not require legislative ratification.
