NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 05, 2024, the Suwannee River Water Management District, received a petition for a variance from Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission, 620 S Meridian St, Tallahassee, FL 32399. Pursuant to Section 120.542, F.S., Petitioner is seeking a variance from subsection 40B-4.3030(15), F.A.C., to construct new parking areas within the 75-foot buffer of the Suwannee River. The project is located in Section 5, Township 11S, Range 14E of Levy County and has been assigned permit number ERP-075-210348-6, Andrews WMA River Road Day Use Area Improvements.
