NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 17, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsection 67-48.0072(26) Florida Administrative Code (7/11/2019) from Miami Beach Housing Initiatives, Inc. for an extension of the loan closing deadline to the May 10, 2024 Florida Housing Board Meeting to be consistent with the requested CHIRP closing deadline extension.
