GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of this workshop is to discuss alternative incentive mechanisms associated with investor-owned electric utility natural gas procurement related transactions and the merits of substituting an alternative incentive mechanism for the existing wholesale power sales incentive and generation performance incentive factor.
