Gulf Consortium Draft State Expenditure Plan Open for Comments
The Gulf Consortium is tasked with planning and implementing Florida’s projects under the Spill Impact Component (Pot, or Bucket 3) portion of the RESTORE Act. The Draft Florida State Expenditure Plan describes the Consortium’s proposed projects, programs and activities to be implemented.
