    DFS UP ITB 1718-08 – Appraisal Services

    The Florida Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of Unclaimed Property is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a contract for appraisal services.  The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Bid System (VBS).  Respondents interested in submitting a Response must comply with all of the mandatory terms and conditions described in this ITB.

    Response Due Date: On or prior to 3:00 p.m. EST, Wednesday, February 14, 2018, to the Procurement Officer identified to the following office location:

    Department of Financial Services, 200 East Gaines Street, Larson Building, Purchasing Services, Room B24, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0317.

    The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to any public meeting identified within the solicitation. The Department will post notice of any changes regarding this solicitation or additional meetings within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not re-advertise the notice in the Florida Administrative Register (FAR).
