NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission received a request for Declaratory Statement on November 16, 2005, from T. Eric Stafford & Associates, LLC, regarding the calculation of main wind force resisting system loads for the rood to wall connections for rafters or trusses on homes pursuant to Section 1609.1.1, Florida Building Code, Building Volume (2004, as amended 12/05) and ASCE 7-02, adopted by reference therein. It has been assigned the number DCA05-DEC-220.
