NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission received a request for Declaratory Statement on December 21, 2005, from DASMA, regarding whether substantiating data is required to be submitted in support of a product approval application and how the data will be handled by the Commission pursuant to Chapter 9B-72, F.A.C. It has been assigned the number DCA05-DEC-245.
