Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 43 No. 3, January 5, 2017 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The notice of proposed rulemaking incorrectly indicates that the notice of rule development was published on December 21, 2016. The notice of rule development was actually published on October 31, 2016.
