The Florida Department of Transportation Central Office announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: January 31, 2017, 4:30 p.m. – 6:30p.m.

PLACE: Legion Park, 6447 NE 7 Avenue, Miami, Florida 33138

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This public meeting is being held to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the closure of the Florida East Coast Railway Railroad-Highway At-Grade Crossing Closure on N.E. 59th Street in Miami, Florida. There will be an open house from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30p.m. for document review followed by a comment period from 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. There is no presentation. Persons who wish to submit written statements may do so at the meeting or send them to the contact person listed below by February 10, 2017. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
