NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 28, 2010, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), Florida Administrative Code, from Anchorage Children’s Home of Bay County, Inc. and Justin Baxley, assigned Case No.: 10-066W. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., requires staff performing casework services shall have a bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study from an accredited college or university.
