DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, February 15, 2011, 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Florida Department of Transportation will conduct a public information meeting to provide information on proposed improvements to US 27 from Lake Isis Avenue to the Highlands/Polk County line. The proposed project includes widening US 27 from four (4) lanes to six (6) lanes as well as safety improvements to the roadway. This public information meeting will be held in an open house format, and will give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed improvements to US 27. Project staff will be available at the meeting to answer questions.
