    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 10, 2011, the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, received a petition for Jonathan Miles Seither, seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 61J1-4.010(1)(c), Florida Administrative Code, that requires that a supervisory appraiser must have been licensed as an appraiser or certified as a residential or general appraiser for at least 48 months to qualify to supervise trainees.
