    DATE AND TIME: Monday, February 8, 2010, 1:00 p.m., Governing Board Workshop immediately followed by a Projects & Land Committee public meeting
    PLACE: District Headquarters, Governing Board Room, Executive Building, 4049 Reid Street (Hwy. 100 West), Palatka, FL 32177
    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Informational workshop on FY 2010-2011 Budget Kickoff.
    Projects & Land Committee business meeting will begin at the conclusion of the 1:00 p.m. Governing Board Workshop to discuss agenda items followed by Committee recommendations to be approved by the full Governing Board.
    In the event a quorum of the Committee is not available for the business meeting at the date, time, and place set forth above, the Committee shall meet on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, 8:00 a.m. at District Headquarters.
    NOTE: One or more Governing Board members may attend and participate in the meeting by means of communications media technology.
