NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Vincent L. Castellucci Jr., Petitioner/Unit Owner, In Re: Celebration Point Master Association, Inc., Docket No. 2014039218, on September 17, 2014. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:
Petitioner is not precluded by Section 718.112(2)(d)(2), Florida Statutes, from serving on the Board of Directors for Celebration Point Master Association, Inc. on the basis that his firearm authority has not been restored for a period of no less than five years.
