NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting of the Dundee Town Commission will hold a FIRST READING at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Town Hall, 202 E. Main Street, Dundee, Florida 33838 regarding the ordinance below. A SECOND READING-PUBLIC HEARING is scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at the same location.
ORDINANCE NO. 18-01
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF DUNDEE, FLORIDA, EXTENDING THE TEMPORARY MORATORIUM TO PROHIBIT THE ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING OF ANY APPLICATIONS FOR A PERMIT, DEVELOPMENT ORDER, OR ANY OTHER OFFICIAL ACTION OF THE CITY HAVING THE EFFECT OF PERMITTING OR ALLOWING THE CONSTRUCTION OF WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY CONTROLLED BY THE CITY ESTABLISHED BY THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 17-08 FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERIOD OF 90 CALENDAR DAYS; MAKING FINDINGS; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES, SEVERABILITY, REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS, THE ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION OF SCRIVENER’S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The Ordinance may be inspected at the Office of the Town Clerk during regular working hours.
Any and all interested parties are invited to attend this meeting and be heard with respect to the matters to be discussed. Anyone who decides to appeal any decision made by any board, agency, council, or commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and for that reason, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
